You may want to test the effects of the cleaner on a small section of the driveway. It could alter the color of the concrete which you may not like. I just re-read your original post. If the tire foam bleached the driveway... it is likely the concrete cleaner will too.
At least with the concrete cleaner, you should be able to get the driveway a uniform color.

I used some alkaline based concrete cleaner as a first test before trying acid based stuff. By using it at full strength it pretty much fixed the problem. I'll have to take a closer look in the coming days, but even if it's not 100%, I'd say it is at least 90-95% better!
