Default Tiny Paint spec removal

There appears to be some very fine white paint specs on the paint and it looks like very fine overspray (almost looks like dust and probably from interior house paint). Its not that noticeable unless your very close, but I was just wondering if there is any product or method that may try to remove some? I tried Scratch X and also meguiars cleaner wax but im afraid that I may need to use something with a little more oomph to it, thanks.

if it is paint overspray, a clay bar should remove it.

I tried to chip a few off with my nail but they didnt seem like they wanted to come off at all. I will try clay and I hope it works.
