Swirls under florescent light?
I see practically no swirls in my paint in direct sunlight but when it goes under artificial light, its terrible! I'm using Klasse AIO/SG/PS with a PC.
What product can I use in conjunction with the Klasse? (I know I have to apply it before the Klasse)? I have Meguiars #2 (Fine Cut Cleaner).. will this work?
What type of pads does anyone recommend? (Preferrably available at local stores)
What speed should I use the PC at to remove the swirls?

your meg product will work, but will eat more clear coat than you need to-
if you like your meg product, they make a couple that would probably be better than your fine cut for swirls. take a look at #9 or their paint cleaner.
here is more info on those:

i like the lake country pads that are sold on the same site as in the link above... you might also be able to find them locally.

sonus makes nice pads, but those come from autopia/ bettercarcare

speed of the pc depends on how long you have been using it. the faster speed mainly reduces the time it takes to get the swirls off... and for scratches i find that higher speeds are better.
probably start out around 3 if you are new at the machine then you might work up (not a lot) a bit as you gain comfort with the machine. nothing wrong with keeping a lower speed for your first use.

Thanks for the input.. I figured out I was using the wrong pads.. I'm still a bit new at this.. your advice helped and the cars paint looks 80% better in the flourescent light. I'll post up pics later on.

Here are some pics of the hood. Before you could see the swirls in this light (in a garage under flourescent light). Now you can't see them at all but there are still a few..
Here are some pics I took today with the AIO/SG/PS..

nice shine!
you might also try shooting pics from diff spots- with digital its great... shoot up a bunch and delete all that you dont love. in the early light that you were shooting, the sun behind you or just slightly off to the side might show off your shine better.
btw, i would say that this post qualifies you to be badged. if you agree, send me a pm and i will put another badge in production!
