stupid mishap on painted wheel

alright got some pics...




they can be felt with finger nail or tip...

any product suggestions; will any of those 3m or meguires scratch
removers work, or does a scratch that deep require machine/sanding?

Use nail polish, then buff it out. Ive fixed wheels with nailpolish for YEARS and have had great results.
