I always wondered if "invisible glass" really works. I'll have to try it.
I find the trick to streak-free cleaning (with paper towel) is to use one towel to remove the dirt with a lot of cleaner, then use a new towel with very little cleaner to final clean and polish streak-free.

I just claybar'd my windshield with great results. I think I'll need to do it once or twice more but it took off wiper scapes and watermarks and even some of the very tiny pits.
I'll try it again after sunset and expect it to be nearly like new... except for the two "spiders".

I read somewhere that the problem is that windshields are exposed to so many different chemicals, pollutants, etc, that the same cleaner that works great one time, may or may not work the next -- depending on what's on the windshield then.
Their only suggestion was to use whatever seems to work most often. If that leaves residue, use something with a different formulation, because you've got something different on the glass this time.

Eimann Fabrik Clear Vision Auto Glass Cleaner got my TT windshield crystal clear. I bought the kit here:

I tried Honda foaming clearer, P21S glass cleaner, windex and vinegar and water. Clear Vision with a microfiber towel works the best for me.
