This will sound odd but it works and no I don't know why.

Cut up an apple (any kind) put it on a plate and leave it in the car with the windows and top up for 2-3 days. Smell will be gone for good.
And make sure to park next to an ant hill...

I've heard this solution as well as the coffee grounds solution.

oh and there's this recent thread on autopia with lots of good suggestions...

And the $360 Odor Removal Kit from Top of the Line
http://topoftheline.com/comodwipsys.html

(including Urine Odor & Removal Manual if you decide to piss on it)

Possibly try another leather cleaner such as Lexol; Meguiar's never gave my leather the smell/feel as Lexol does (so I'm sure it's a better cleaner?) . There's a leather expert on here (I don't recall his username), but maybe he'll chime in with a suggestion.

I'm going to try the apple idea first because that just sounds so wild it might just work

I have a nice autozone air freshner in there now hiding the smell...

might want to contain the two (apple and console cover) in a paper grocery bag or something, thereby removing the source of the smell from the car and focusing the ApplePower

I got hungry and ate it!

Seriously, I have been extremely busy with my school work and have not had the time. I was actually planning on trying it this weekend so I will post my thoughts.
