Hate to say this but it DOES look like there was some sort of chemical reaction since it looks like bare metal or discolored/damaged paint. You might need a repaint.

PH balanced or not, it's still a cleaning product so if paint/clear is not in a good condition, things might get stained/damaged. I wouldn't blame the cleaner but more the original condition of the caliper and what Honda used to coat them.

Thanks for the response, guys. The front I don't care too much. Eventually replace them with a BBK. The rear I'll paint later.
