Someone Please shoot me!!!
My brother ran my car through an automatic car wash as a suprise for me.....My car was covered in grime after the recent snow fall........SWIRLS and SCRATCHES COVERING the WHOLE damn FREAKIN CAR! HELP! There isnt an inch that is not covered by scratches. Many are deep
what do I do? Shopuld I get it professionally detailed or should i do it??!!

shoot YOU? I love my brother but he would be way down my Christmas present list for that 
Seriously though your brother no doubt feels terrible about it, its a real shame his good intention turned out to be a nightmare.
Is your car black by any chance? A search of Wash & Wax will turn up opinions on scratch removing/masking products (3M scratch and swirl removers, Meguiars, Eagle 1 etc) but from what I've read its a long hard job to get them all out and they can even exacerbate the problem.
Scratch Out by Kit sounds good and can apparently be found at Autozone. I've got to say I've never seen it anywhere...
Minor (very fine) scratches can be hidden with Zaino Z5 but deeper ones are going to need a lot of elbow grease to buff out using some of the products above. If time is a problem for you perhaps a trip to the pro's may be the best thing....

Seriously - that is grim indeed - I really feel for you.
If it was me, I would find a REPUTABLE paint shop locally and get them to re-polish the car. It will be seriously hard work to deal with this by hand.
Look on the bright side - it can be sorted.

I agree with rstark, while it's not that hard to remove light scratches, but you need the proper equipment and it helps to learn on something besides your s2k.

one more opinion - take it to the pro's
you wont regret it - as long as you get a good shop.
get some local opinions and references.
even go to a couple of high end car dealers and ask who they use
a lot of them send their cars out to get detailed . .

Bring it to Austin and I'll do it for ya for a few $$... OR you can use my buffer(s) and do it yourself for free (I can show you how--- its not that hard, and with a random-orbital buffer, pretty low risk of screwing up).
Depending on how much the 'pros' want, you can buy a porter-cable random-orbital buffer for $189-$280 (Depending on the model), and get some 3m scratch remover for dark (or light) color cars... that'll all you'll need.
