Default Sloppy touch-up paint

Before I got my car, the dealer did a few small jobs with touch-up paint. There's one on the corner of the rear bumper that was really sloppy....clearly got the touch-up paint outside the original mark.

What's the easiest way to remove this? Or is it impossible at this point?

1. got pics?

2. without pics i can tell you that the first thing that i would try would be clay... exactly what it was first used for- body shops used it to get paint overspray, then us wackos found out about it and decided that it was also good for picking particles outta paint too!!

nail polish remover. careful though, i've never done it myself. i have a client that got too much on her lexus LS, and the dealer told her about it and even did it for her. sounds like the stuff came right off / loosened right up.

touching-up is something u have to really b careful of / take your time doing. do it wrong and it'll look worse than b4. g/l
