SHOE polish
When i went to the track a while ago, they used white shoe polish on my window and windshield to write the numbers. i used a credit car to scrape the stuff off, but some of it fell on my paint and window trim as well as the plastic piece under my windshield.
how do i get that stuff off?
Thanks.

next time windex (or try shaving cream!) should do it on the glass...
to get it off the paint, wd40, or bug/tar remover should do the trick- you will need to rewax the car (wash it first, of course), cause anything that will take off the shoe polish will also take off your car's wax.

I use Stoner. Probably too low class for you but the foaminess is
But I was saying the Windex never gets the shoe polish off for me. I'm talking about the residue left over after you get *most* of it off. I think I've still got some little flecks of the crap on my windshield
