Default Sealant?

Well i have always used only carnauba by itself, i didn't like the plastic wrap style gloss of the sealant. Well after reading about topping a sealant with carnauba i am thinking about ordering some with my next autogeek order. Any suggestions or tips would help. I'm currently using poorboys natty's because i think it makes the metallic flakes in suzuka look great, will a sealant hide this? How is poorboys exp, wolfgang?

I've used EX-p and currently use Wolfgang. I thought the EX-P was pretty good, it went on and came off really easily. The fact that it can be used in the sun or shade was also a big plus for me. However, I did not like the durability though.

I'm currently using Wolfgang Sealant. This left my paint the slickest it has ever felt. I did not even have a coat of wax on the car and someone asked me what kind of wax I was using.

The big downside is, after application your car can not see any water for 12 hours. Unless you have a garage, this makes the product a bit trickier to use.

Either product is good but neither have very long lasting durability.

I'd try Klasse SG (finicky to apply) or Jeff's Werkstatt Acrylic Jett Trigger (easy to use, works like a quick detailer but it's a sealant).

I personally use Klasse SG and have gotten used to the application process. It makes the metal flakes in Spa Yellow pop pretty good in the sun, I would assume it would do the same thing for Suzuka. I've never used Jeff's products but from what I've read they give even better results than Klasse without the application issues.

Not my experience at all. Even on my DD it was putting out a good 3-4 months. Maybe not quite as long as Zaino but that turns my garage queen into 6 months plus of protection.

Klasse has served us well. I will try out my Menzerna kit hopefully in the next few weeks.

I swear that's new. I can't even remember that being talked about on Autopia.

I wonder if this also means that using a QD to aid in the removal of Wolfgang Sealant would also interfere with the curing process? I almost always use some sort of QD (zaino Z6, Sonus Acrylic Spritz, etc. etc.) to remove Zaino or Klasse.
