Scratches on Rubber Around the Covt Top

Does anyone know how to remove the scratches on that rubber/Plastic piece around the convertible top. I think it is from installing the boot..

Help it looks like Crap.. I'll post pictures if anyone needs to see it... Let me know..

I had some "scuffs" that came out with Vinylex (same stuff I use on dash, ect.). I wouldn't call them scratches though, so I'm not sure that it will help.
