it depends on how deep the scratches are...
first step is plexus
if that doesnt get it, they might be too deep-
there are some scratch removal products, but most have more risk (of making scratches worse) than it is worth. we can try to track down some ideas if you need them.
let us know how deep the scratches are and whether plexus helps

I just had a close look on those scratches. They are pretty deep, i can feel them easily with my hands. They are all on the corner of the headllights, and not very visible. i guess i can live with them if there's too much risk to remove them.

this ones kinda expensive and will do a bit more than plexus, but dont think it will get the really deep stuff- its a type of plastic polish:
