I set up the camera and took some video a week or two ago and thought I'd share it here. Basically it shows:
- use of the foam gun
- water beading/sheeting during the rinse stage
- rinsing followed by "drying with the hose"

to demonstrate some of these concepts in a way that words just don't do justice.

in a crazed fit of buying I paid the retail asking price online at their site of $168/8oz. Then also got the HD Cleanse... I'm really impressed with it so far and I've got the total waxing time down to about 1.5hr It's a tedious process, but I will keep putting a coat a week on for as long as I can stand it. Today will be 6 coats.

I really like the quick connect nozzles. Where did you find that setup? It looks like it is very handy. Nice video by the way.

moonsurfer: I ordered mine with the foam gun from Autogeek, but since the summer rolled around I've seen them at Lowe's as well. They're Gilmour brand and they also have them in plastic.

Great video! But... how can you dry the car by making it wet (drying with the hose)?

That's simply what I call it. I know it's a little hard to see in the video due to compression and the size, but after rinsing, you have a lot of little tiny droplets of water on the car. If you run free-flowing water over the surface (considering a good wax/sealant on there), the free-flowing water sheets all of the droplets together and they run off the car.

This way, you're left with a LOT less water to dry off the car, using whatever method you prefer (leaf blower, microfiber towel, etc).
