Default Repairing chips

Ok, I would like to know how to blend a repaired chip into the OEm paint by using Honda touch up paint, wet sanding, and using polishing compound if necessary? Or any mehod that is afe and can be done at home w/ out using a body shop?

Alos, if wet sanding is used; what grit should I use?

Any info would be greatly appreciated
