I used GOOFOFF then polished and waxed, up close you can see like an indentation of where the badge was, kinda annoying, I also chipped the paint when I took it off, bastards

took 30 minutes

Used a Blow Dryer about 5-6 inches away from the emblem. Let it heat up, then used the fishing line method. Goo Gone to remove the adhesive. Wash/Wax afterward to remove finger prints and to calm my OCD about a clean car.

I used Prep Sol when I removed my badges, you can also use Final Kleen.

Did you clay the area and give it a polish? I found that it was necessary to remove all the dirt that had been allowed to stick in around the emblem otherwise it would all remain. Took a while with the clay bar too. Maybe 10 minutes of lightly claying that area over and over again.

I used go gone, with a hair dyer and my finger nails. Took forever, and snapped a lot of dental floss but I love the outcome of it

Wait for a nice hot day, use waxed dental floss (stronger that fishing line) and make sure that you use the floss to cut the foam as close to the actual emblem itself not the body of the car, do use the floss against the paint it may leave scratches. I would take some simple green/goo gone or other degreaser and spray it on the emblem (soak it really good) and let it set for at least 15 minutes, then use the floss on it. Once you get the emblem itself off, then you can use more goo gone on the foam adhesive part that is left behind. Take your time, I don't recommend using gasoline, GOOF off, or any other harsh chemicals, go for a water based degreaser.

I just finished! Hott-damn it took me a good 45 minutes! I used fishing line and my fingernail/Goo crap. I didn't finish it up with a clay bar or waxing or anything... just RUBBED with the cloth until my finger was literally rubbed my finger bright red-ha. I can't even tell that the emblems were ever even there... so all in all, it looks hella-good now. Thanks everybody-

goo gone and a dremel with the polishing pad would have taken that sticky crap off in minutes.

I too used dental floss. Then upgraded to kite string. Still snapped it.

Adhesive remover helped with the foamy stuff, but it took a lot of elbow grease to get it all off. Clay time (hoping that gets rid of the "shadow" from the badges)
