well someone ripped off of my head lights and I had to pick up a pair from ebay. they have some minor surface spots i want to get them out before installing the lights onto the car. anyone know if they stuff works?

Yes a PC is really the trick to polishing headlights.
Check out one of my customers headlights. Before and after.

He used a PC and Meguiars PlastX plastic polish along with our polishing pads.
