Dear sir,
Your reply is the EXACT reason why I only use Honda products on my S. I may be stretching to assume that Honda isnt going to make cleaner for the soft glass that would harm it. I learned my lesson recently when changing my oil. I know this is off the subject, but interesting nevertheless...

I always use Honda products as stated before... Well I would always use Honda filters to change my oil and buy Mobil 1 from the dealership because they carried.. One stop shopping... Well one time I didnt make it to the Honda dealer and so I decided to buy a Fram filter and Castrol Syntec oil... That duration of mileage was the one and only time that my S has burned oil.. It used oil the whole time while running that combo.. I switched back to a Honda filter and their Mobil 1 and it has never used oil again. It may be a coincidence but you never know....

I only use Honda products on my S as I believe in their quality. If they make a cleaner for your glass and plastic, and they put their label on it, I have to believe they will stand behind their products.

Anyways, I've gotten off the subject.. Sorry about that.... Check out that stuff from the Honda dealer. Good stuff.

Chris

You can also get Plexus at aviation stores. A lot of small planes use it on the plastic windwos to keep them clear.

Guy's. Honda have an actual plastic cleaner for the rear window.
Here's the part number for anyone that would like to know it: 08c12-a0112s
It's available from most Honda service departments here in Aus. If it's not available over there I'm sure they'll order it in.

And here's a pic.. it's the one in the middle flanked by the meguiars products

and here's a pic of my rear plastic window after using the stuff. The window had turned a yucky yellow, splotchy colour. This is it after using the Honda plastic cleaner. It's as clear as glass. A friend even asked me when I got the glass rear window installed...

Hope that helps.
wil..

Damn dude,
Thanks for the tip.

I'll have to order some of it. Just curious, but was your haze on the inside or the outside of your window? Mine always hazes up on the inside.

I just check with a local honda cycle dealer, who called honda directly for me to check on that part. It seems that it isn't available in the US because it doesn't meet EPA standards here. I guess we'll have to stick with the glass cleaner.
