Thumbs up Re-Wrapping Steering Wheel...Possible?

Hey guys leather on my steering wheel is really worn out to the point is has a couple scratches and its starting to peel a little. can this leather be replace? or do i need a new steering wheel all together? if it can, how much would that run more less? and who can do that?

^ GEE yeah tad out of my budget, plus i really prefer the OEM look, not crazy about the perforated leather....

You might look at Wheelskins at autoanything .com. These are leather steering wheel covers in the 40 dollar range.
