I ordered some Raggtop and I just applied it for the first time yesterday and I'm very happy with the result. The top looks better than it did the day I took delivery. I'm in the Florida sun alot, how often do you think that I should wait before the next application?

Time between applications is really a personal preference. I tend to let mine run longer just to see how long it will last.... so far 2.5 months without re-application in heavy rain and sun. Plus I wash mine at LEAST once a week.

I am doing even more research as we speak, contacting the actual manufacturer of the tops in Japan. Latest word I heard from Japan is that it is NOT straight Vinyl, but a fabric blend involving possibly Nylon or Vinyl. I will post for sure when I know. It's hard to communicate when the only English word they know to describe it is 'Like Vinyl'. I think that has been part of the miscommunication to date. I'll clear it up as best I can.

Yesterday, I washed the car for the first time since applying the Raggtopp and the water beaded perfectly on the top. It appears that this will last for quite a while and the top looked great after the wash. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Use the cleaner on a rag and scrub away! No tricks execpt sitting normally on the seat works fine. Don't use protectant on the inside, no point to it.

I would recommend following the instructions on the can to the letter...
