Thumbs up Quick Detailer In Bulk

I am looking to buy some quick detailer in bulk, that is also still good enough to use as a clay lube also. Preferably by the gallon, or whatever is a good price/deal. I saw gallons being sold on autogeek for meguiars final inspection, but wanted to see whats out there/what people use or buy/recomendations.

TIA
Roger

I don't think it matters. I know quick detailers are cleaners and not protectants, but I also know it won't remove my wax either (thank god)!!

All of the Chemical Guys QD's are good and they can be bought by the gallon if not larger.

actually, qds can be protectants... when they contain protectants, they protect the protectant on the car- and more realistically they can add some shine-

the cheapest are the ones that are pure cleaners-

Wanabe, do you have some recomendations, so I can choose from there?

Also, has anyone used the stuff from chemical guys?

you know, since i was thinking about this it sounds like you just need it for claying??

if so, why not just use shampoo water??

Well, its not just for claying, as I do use it on my car quite a bit, my wife's car, and I like to use it after compounding or polishing just to get the stubborn areas or the stuff I might have missed just wiping it off.

Dunno if that sounds crazy, but I like to do a good job, and I hate it when I miss a spot

glad i asked...
my pref for what you are looking for is a product that is similar to the protectant that is being used on the car-
which is why i have both carnaubas and synthetics at home...

can you tell me which protectant you will use on the cars that you want to detail spray??
