Protecting Wiper Arms and Tray underneath

OMG, not something ELSE to clean. See, if no one had mentioned it, I would have never considered conditioning those parts, but now that it's out of the bag, I'm going to have to do it every time I clean the car. I wish there were more hours in the day to clean everything that is so needing.

Maybe I'll try some Raggtopp on the plastic tray underneath the wipers...any reason why this is a bad idea? I'll have to get some wax on my wiper arms though, that is a good idea!
and dont spray on the tray- soak a rag and apply
