I checked out the site and video. The pads seem nice. Which pads do you reccomend for my project? for polishing on light swirl marks, and few water spots. Should I use the PC for buffing off the polish or a terry towel. How about the wax, use PC to buff or terry towel?
Buying pads can be tricky if you limit yourself. A lot of people always tell me they only want to be 1 or 2 pads "just enought to get the job done." The problem with that is 1 or 2 pads may get the job done this time, but what about next time? Personally, I like to have an assortment of pads and polishes on hand to take care of almost any paint issues that may come up. With that in mind I would get a pad kit like . . .

http://www.autogeek.net/foam-polishing-kit.html

Now keep in mind Edge Pads are more expensive than velcro pads, but they're two sided so it's like getting two pads in one and therefore they last twice as long as a regular pad. Plus with this kit you'll get pad cleaner, pad conditioner, the Edge Adapter, 2 microfiber bonnets, and 2 high quality microfiber towels (which brings me to my next point).

Terry cloth is old school! Microfiber is the new preferred cloth for car detailing. It is less abrasive than terry cloth. Check out my product reviews for a couple different towels I have tried recently (the ones in the kit I recommended are good BTW I have several of those, but have not reviewed them).

Back OT that pad kit along with a finishing polish and a medium cut polish will allow you to tackle just about any problem you have. Here are some examples of finishing polishes . . .

Menzerna FPII
Optimum Polish
Poorboy's SSR1

Here are some medium cut polishes . . .

Menzerna Intensive Polish
Optimum Compound
Poorboy's SSR2.5

I could go on and on. Do some reading and you'll get a better idea of what you need.

I know that I should dedicated one pad per product, but do I also need to dedicate one pad per car. If I'm using the same wax on my black IS and Yellow S, can I use the sam pad? how about the polish?

can I use regular car wash soap to wash the pads after using?

I was one of those 1-2 pad people buying only the green and blue edge2k pads initially, which worked great for my car, but when it came to helping out some friends who had less than perfect paint... I was really annoyed I didn't pick up the yellow. Just ended up buying the full kit next time a sale came around. I've already used everything in that kit, minus the white pad (since I wax by hand).

You never know what's going to happen to your car. It could get washed by the dealership and swirled up or someone might rub against it marring the finish. It's better to have a whole set of pads so that you're prepared for anything.

Isn't it unfortunate that somethings just can't be taught. You must fail first to learn the concept of being prepared by having all pads/polishes.
