How would this compare to the Porter Cable 7424?

I don't have any detailing machine (have done a couple waxing by hand before, didn't seem to effective)

For a budget-minded detailing beginner, would this deal be a good one?

Same questions I have been thinking about getting a buffer for a while and can't decide which to buy.
