You can try using the follwing Meguiars products:
Meguiar #17 Clear Plastic Cleaner and follow with Meguiar #10 Clear Plastic Polish.
I've used them and they clean up the window very well. I use Plexus for maintenance, and the Meguiars when the window gets too dirty or cloudy for Plexus.

I use both Plexus and 303 for UV protectant after I've applied the Plexus. It seems to take care of the fogging for me. My top tends to go up and down a few times throughout the week also (no Muz or towel or anything yet).
For the most part, I've only seen it fog up on me when the car was dirty also (I lapsed in cleaning) or if I put the top down to soon after cleaning and it captures moisture while in the boot.

I have found that Plexus is a great mild "polish" but as a cleaner to get the film off the diluted citrus, followed by Plexus works best.
I got this advice from Car Care Specialist in NJ. I had asked about the Meguiars and was told that I shouldn't use it as a cleaner if I did not have scratches. Made sense to me. I wouldn't use a scratch remover on the car body if all it needed was a good washing.
