Many online car shops sell Plexus, including mine, but you can get directly from them at http://www.plexusplasticcleaner.com/ also. (although they require you buy a case at a time)

Here's a copy of what the parts guy at my local Honda dealer gave me when I asked about any TSBs on the rear window.
Sorry about the qualify of this, but it's the best I could do.

Will pay someone to clean up my jiggered up top and plastic. I don't care about creases or scratches... I just want the plastic clear and the top black.

Just curious if anyone else has gotten white "stains" so to speak. Previous owner got black magic plastic cleaner on the very sides and it left a white residue. Also, when i was using plexus and meguiars products, I got whitish residue as well, especially on the vinyl top and the sides of the plastic where it sticks onto the covertible top. What should i use to get the residue out? I heard rubbing alcohol will turn things yellow and dawn/dish soap is only good for wax.

The above Service Bulletin from Honda, shows placing a tube in the window before lowering the top. The tube will help prevent 2 things from happening. The tube will prevent creases from forming and will also prevent the vinyl from rubbing against itself, which will cause scratches. You can order a tube from the site listed below. It's called "The No-Zip tube". I've been using one for 3 years and it works great !

To remove white spots from your convertiable top, try a tooth brush and 303 Aerospace Protectant. Also use 303 to protect the entire top. Order from the site below.
