Try Meguiars plastic polish. I alternated betwee the Meguiars and the Plexus and achieved pretty good results. You have to be somewhat of a contortionist to get into the inside of the window... such a tight space back there.
I just used a good quality cotton towel to apply both products...

no matter how good you try to take care of the window, eventually it will have to be replaced... just think top replacement every 5-6 years.

Now with regular cleaning and maintenance I'm sure it'll continue to look brand new.

i agree with koala... since the top is vinyl, it should last a very long time if you take care of it.
get it clean, keep it clean and preserve it.
(for the window, use a muz mat or something similar on the inside and a rolled up towel on the outside when the top is down- and once you get the haze out- plexus will keep it new).
as mentioned above, the inside is probably where you are getting haze and its not easy to get to either!

Mine was pretty cloudy and I brought it back to life with alot of Plexus and elbow grease. It took a while but after about the fith application I could tell a hugh difference.
