So I ordered a metabo, and also all new pads to go along with it on Wednesday I believe. It said on my tracking info, and also confirmed with Phil, that it wouldn't be here until next tuesday. So I get home from work and my dad tells me I have a package my detailing stuff got here and I said "no way, it's not supposed to be here 'till Tuesday." Sure enough, there it was! From the far east coast, to the far west coast in 3 days!!

I'm astonished at the customer service and the speed at which I received everything! Now if you'd just start selling zymol products, I wouldn't have to go to any other place on the web!

With that said, I do have a question for everyone, in my order I asked for a 6" hook&loop backing plate, and the one I received is only about 4" wide, and doesn't cover the whole pad, is this correct or did I get the wrong one?

what shipping company does DD use?

fedex i believe. But even so, the normal shipping that he does through them seems very expedited for ground shipping. I've never had a package on ANY ground service go from NJ, to CA in under 5 days. Dunno how he does it, but I don't care because it's great!
