Here's what I did...
Amazon.com has (had?) a deal where you get $30 off your first purchase with your new Amazon VISA card. You had to apply online and get aproved by the bank...I can't remember who it was though. I got a CD for mom and a brand new PC for about $100.00.
Cancel the card

You guys suck. I ran to our lowes today all excited and it was at the regular price of $130.99. Yikes.
Anyway, as someone already suggested you can apply for an Amazon.com credit card and get the PC through them for $30 off.

Yeah I caught the thread on my way to that part of town. It was a right off the freeway so no time lost really. I was just a little shocked to find it marked up that high. No wonder they had almost 10 left.
I used the amazon card when I bought my 2g nano. I had 3 25 dollar coupons for amazon and applied for the card. ended up getting the 8gb model for the price of the 2 gb shipped.

Why would you not buy one off of ebay for $80? Is there a mail-in warranty card that Porter Cable requires with a receipt or anything? I can get one $95 shipped on there. Just asking because I have been looking for one of these a while. Thanks!
