p21s over zaino
Before trying this (I'm looking to enhance the already excellent zaino finish) I'm wondering how to "wash and wax" the p21s finish.
Can I still quick detail with Z6?
Can I apply Z2/Z6 over the p21s and keep on layering p21s/zaino or do I have to strip everyting off and start over on fresh clearcoat?
Two things I like a lot about Zaino are that it seems not to attract dust and it does not leave visible residue in body seams. If I recall these problems are unique to silicone based waxes and polishes. Am I correct that p21s is silicome free and therefore I won't have these issues?
Thanks for the help! Kyle

pretty much the answer is yes to all of your questions!!
yes, you can quick detail p21s... with either a synthetic or carnuba quick detail spray (i kinda alternate).
yes, i have layered zaino over carnubas since the car was born in 2000. i have gone both ways (carnuba over zaino and zaino over carnuba... carnuba over zaino is best but they both work fine)
interesting- one of the reasons that i use carnubas over zaino is that they are better at repelling dust than zaino in my experience...
pretty sure that p21s is silicone free. it does not leave residue usually (i am still careful not to get it in seams).
