Orange freckles on front bumper

Orange freckles on front bumper
Hey, do any of you guys get orange freckles on the front bumper? I have a gpw and i'm seeing small pin size orange freckles on the front bumper. Any idea what caused it?

i had them, they look to be small pieces of metal that get stuck to the paint and start rusting. They are so small that I think they rust away and leave you with the residue.
A clay bar will get them off.
