Ok
Menzerna Intensive Polish PO91 E (Orange pad, then maybe follow up with Green Pad)
Menzerna Final Finish PO85RD (Just green Pad)
Menzerna FMJ Paint Sealant (Blue or black pad?)
Lusso Oro Carnuba Wax (black pad)
Is the paint sealent like a synthetic wax?
Anyway, this sound like it will work?

What machine are you using? I'm assuming a PC.
I would NOT to 85rd on a green pad--way too aggressive. Go with 85rd on a black pad, and FMJ on a blue pad.
Sealant is a sythetic.
Besides what I stated above, sounds like you're car will be shining!

when all is said and done, you suggest the use of Meguires "Final Inspection" or "Quick Detail" spray or is that not a good idea?

This is good (as are other quick detail sprays) for a final walkaround of the car, to make sure you get any wax/sealant that you missed off, and to add a little extra pop. But strictly speaking, I wouldn't call it necessary.
especially with lusso as your last step. if you do a detail spray use one without added protection or one with carnauba- in other words do not use a detail spray that contains synthetics over fresh lusso. my preference would be to buff the lusso and be done.
then as you drive the car, a duster and detail spray are a good combo to keep the fresh detail look. i usually hit my car a coupla times a week in normal street driving. if i am on the freeway i hit it after that (i seem to get more grime from freeways- some of it is rich burning cars/trucks that you might be behind, and other road grime that seems to stick more on freeways than on streets)
