Yeah I just got an OEM cover and it's definitely alot thicker than I thought. The underside is pretty soft though. Hopefully, it's not going to be a swirl monster on my Berlina paint.

what color is the "s2000" logo? red or silver/gray?

that is the softer of the two covers... if it's silver/gray like the one i have, it's the all-weather one..

the indoor cover is pretty soft on the inside, but I think anything that makes contact with the paint will always run the risk of scratches.
