New wax over old wax?
I'm getting ready to claybar and wax, but was wondering if I had to use dish soap to remove the old wax first, or can I just wax over it? Oh yeah, I use the P21s stuff if that matters.

I wouldn't think there'd be a problem. However, if you would feel more comfortable, use your Dawn to wash the car (you have to wash it any way) and then do your thing.

chances are that there isnt much wax on your car... you dont have to remove it to wax, but if you want to remove it, dario's got the method.
from properautocare.com:
"A good rule of thumb is to expect 50% of your Carnauba wax layer to be gone after 30 days, 75% after 60 days and 95% gone after 90 days. Ifyou use a carnauba wax, you should plan on waxing your car four (4) times a year. "
