New Scratches
Today i made contact with a nasty curb while parking ina nastly parking lot. Didso very deep scratches in the bottom of my front intake area, you know, they lovely very low area that hugs the road.
Whatod I do ? compound and touch-up paint or ???
I am not even a year old yet----and it 's Rio Yellow !

Any scratching you can catch your finger nail on are likely permanent fixtures on your bumper. Go get yourself some Meguair's Scratch-X to reduce the other scratches though. Apply it 3-4 times and the lighter scratches will disappear. The deeper scratches you can try some touch up paint on.

can you get pics of the scratches?
is the gouge still yellow, or can you see beyond paint?

Thanks to both of you for the information---
Many of the scrathes are short but do go through to past the yellow.
I am consideirng a body shop as my time in limitd this Fall. What do you think is a reasonable price to get this taken csre of ?
