Default New order, new products...happy again!

just thought id post a pic of some new products i just received from eshine, and can't wait to try out. I'll be starting the detail of the S2k this week and will hopefully put these to good use.

- Foam sealant applicator pads
- optimum compound 2
- optimum polish 2
- duragloss ultimate orange
- duragloss leather conditioner
- 1Z gummi pflege
- Assortment of hand spot pads for the hard to reach areas with the flex
- Vroom drying towels
- Megs ultimate compound

The 2 questions i have for the experts here:

#1 - The optimum compound 2 bottle has the proper front label as you can see, but the back label looks suspiciously like the old formula, says "optimum compound" and has that gold "new formula" sticker on it as well.....is this right?

#2 - I know the flex DA doesn't have interchangeable BP's, but is there still any chance of using the 4" spot pads on the 6" backing plate? i know its not "supposed" to be done, but can it be done and not have any harsh effects if you keep the BP edges away from the paint?

Thanks for looking!

1.- dont know this compound, but am replying to move this back up

2. i wouldnt use your pad /bp combo- imo, too easy to accidentally "edge" the pad - which would be like an automatic scratch in the paint. answer to your question is that it can be done, but i wouldnt (it is my opinion).

the optimum products are great we should be carrying them soon.

as for 4 inch pads on a flex I would say don't do that.
