Default New Car Help

Hi...I just purchased a brand new '02 white this weekend and I wanted to know how to best protect this beautiful car. The dealer tried to convince me to spend $400 on the teflon coating thing for the car but I didn't want to stick around another 2 hours to get it done. What should I do right now to make sure the car is properly protected inside and out. Is the teflon worth looking into or should there is something else that I should look at? Thanks for the help.

forget teflon...
you already have a clear coat on the car.
just read the zaino posts-
my preference is zaino and porter cable as the base of the detailing supplies.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will do the whole Zaino gig.
1 more question...What's porter cable?

Keep Teflon on frying pans not your car

porter cable is a random orbital buffer...
search here for places to buy it- and you should know that it is also a sander (so you wont be confused when you see it at homedepot, for example!)
