Red face Need help with 303

Hey guys I want to try out 303.

Buying----- Where is the best place to (low price, reliable fast shipping-if online) get it either online or in a store?

Recommendations----- What do I need to get exactly. Is there a cleaner and conditioner, or an all in one. Also is there a recommended towel or applicator?

I will be applying it on my convertible top and tires.

PS. I have checked search and found a lot of other info, but could not find the answer to some of these questions.

Thanks in advance,
Romeez

For both the tires and the top - I use cheap throw-away microfibre towels. Soak the towel pretty well with the protectant and then cover the top. You'll be able to see what areas have the protect applied. It should look a bit wet, but not soaked. You'll probably be able to do a 3 foot by 3 foot section before you need to spray the towel again. I don't like to spray the top directly because it gets too wet. Too wet isn't a big deal, but it will run off onto the paint the first time it gets wet. I redo mine once a month, which might be too much, but I don't put too much on each time. I think a smaller amount, applied more frequently works better.

For the tires, just get the towel pretty wet and rub on.

I like to use a foam applicator to apply 303. It's not quite as bulky as a folded towel. To it's easier to handle and won't unfold on you.

Since your're in Cali you can either buy it locally at REI (instant gratification), yes the outdoor store should have this product. Used in the boating industry for UV protection, but you can probably buy it online cheeper.
