Are there any professional detailers you guys can recommend that live in the So Cal area?

actually, we would talk you into doing this yourself to make sure it gets done right!

but i will still give you a couple of choices:

1. post up in the so calif club- on this board- that you want to learn to detail your car and need someone to help you out. you supply products (they tell you what to bring), and they supply know how. we have had several guys do this (even in so calif) and they report back that it was a great experience cause now they can handle it themselves and also cause they made some good friends.

2. second choice by a long shot- post up in the so calif club that you are looking for a detailer recommendation near anaheim hills. just remember that a pro is in business and will do what he can to get the job done as quickly as possible. a good pro will do a good job, but will still cut some corners (that you wouldnt if you did it yourself)- cause they are basically being paid for time... (they get paid by the job so the less time they take the more they make)

If you want to go to Irvine (very south of Irvine), you can try 949.770.4929. They are Meguiar's. I didn't have my car done by them, however, I have seen their work and they are very good. One of our member went to them and I believe he was very happy.

yeah i agree with wanabe, do it yourself, so that you know how to do it the next time around. plus less people touching your car could mean less problems....etc...dents, dings. but that depends on how sensitive you are with your car.
