Haven't tried the Zaino yet. After I run out of the Meguires(?) gold I'll switch since it seems to be the most recommended on the board.

Same for me with the pics. My car is spotless sitting in the garage under a cover and I'm waiting for outside to dry out before I get some pics. It took me too long to get it the way it is to waste it on a wet road!

I already have a silver one, a second would be redundant

keep in mind, artificial light makes scratches show up more so...

we used to own a red Formula WS6 that looked just AWEFUL in the garage under the lights... but in the sun, it looked like a 9 out of 10. After just 1 Z2 application, the car looked like a 10.

my black S2000 has swirls in it, but they really dont show up that badly except in VERY bright sunlight (havent seen much of that in the NW lately) and also show up under the garage lights...

if you use this as your gauge, you will never get a "perfect" car...

my black S2000 actually can look pretty darn sharp in the sun, but not quite as sharp in the garage...

shade always makes a black car look awesome...

Good Luck!

man, is that true!! i accidentally shined a flashlight on my black car in the garage late one night... scared me to death! i thought something happened all over the car. with the flashlight, it looked like it was scratched up all over. in normal light, it looks brand new... very strange!

[green]My recommendation would be the complete Zaino treatment. Strip all previous wax finishes, claybar, then Zaino Z1, several coats of Z5 and several coats of Z2. After that it's just routine washes with Z7 and a wipe with Z6 or another coat of Z2.
Do a search. Everyone hasa a favorite treatment.[/green]
