My friends Type r clear coat is chipping
Well my friend called me and she said that someone have paint balled her car... she was piss so was i.... well i look at her car and it looks like they put some dings in the car. Well and it looks 2b that the clear coat is chipping at spot what should she do

first step- evaluate the paint... to do this might require going to the second step, which is to make sure that the paint has been completely removed.
if it has been and no paint stains, then she can deal with the dents and clear damage.
if there is any damage her next step should be to call her insurance co. to find out what she needs to do to make a claim.
she should not repair until she finds this out.
then she should prob take the car to a repair shop that does high end cars (at least thats what i would do)... they can advise as to clear damage- and they are the only ones who can really fix it if it is damaged.
clear coat repair requires a step similar to a repainting-
