My budding detailing insanity

Lose the Zymol, as well. Claying will remove particulates and a good all-in-one (Optimum Poli-Seal) or cleansing polish will do the rest. Skip the Scratch-X and go for a finishing polish like Optimum's Final Polish or Menzerna P085RD.
And if you're going to buy a polisher, I'd get the Griot's Garage 6" over the PCXP. They're both decent machines, but the Griot's is more capable, IMO.
Skip the Eagle One tire shine, that stuff is nasty, it slings, attracts dirt and brake dust and will leave your tires brown.
Again, I'm going to recommend an Optimum product - Opti-Bond. Either that or Poorboy's World Natural Shine (IT SMELLS SO GOOOD!).
Of course, you could use the 303, but it's a bit expensive for that purpose.
Do you have uncoated aluminum wheels? If not, the Aluminum Polish is useless. The NevrDull is okay, but I prefer a paste like Mother's and some 0000 steel wool for the exhaust tips (about the only thing on the car that needs to be polished).
Skip the dedicated bug and tar remover and use the APC. I almost never use a glass cleaner for windows, just QD them inside and out.
So there are my recommendations from 7+ years of detailing. Take it or leave it.
Edit: if you keep your wheels clean you won't need a dedicated wheel cleaner, but something safe like P21S or Sonax Full Effect are great products. Avoid the strong stuff unless you've got seriously messed up wheels.

Yikes, all wrong then, huh? I'm gonna spend some of the day detailing the car and figure out when and where to use these product suggestions. I appreciate all of your feedback, guys. Good info here. Let's see what my wallet will get me...
