I've used Mother's wax since my first car and am quite happy with it. I have not had a chance to use Zaino yet, so I can't compare the two. I use the Mother's Car Wash detergent, Pre-Wax Cleaner, Sealer and Glaze, and the Carnuba Wax ( not the liquid wax ). Once or every other month, I'll use just the Wax, Every 6 months I'll use the Sealer and Glaze before the Wax, and Once a year, I'll use all three stages.

The shine really stays on for a long period of time. Once you wax it, just keep on washing your car when it is dirty and you get just about the same shine. It's quite amazing. I do like it better then Eagle 1, and Meguir's. Zymol is great, but I feel that is harder to apply then Mother's. With Zymol, it is recommended to apply the wax with your bare hands. Put the wax on your fingertips and let the body heat soften the wax and apply it to the finish. While this does work well, it is very time consuming. Ecspecially when you're supposed to do only a square foot at a time. If you use a applicator or a soft cloth, it is much harder to work with but saves lot's of time.

Get the Mother's. It is a great product that works well. Maybe not as well as Zaino hearing all the rave about it, but I'm very happy with Mother's.
