There's a local guy here (Mid Atlantic, FF2Skip) that has a gorgeous Moonrock respray on his S2000. Awesome color, indeed!
I think you'll be really happy with a sealant base + carnauba topper.
My choice would be Klasse AIO + Klasse SG (or other durable sealant of your choice - a couple of coats) with Natty's Blue or P21S as your regular monthly wax.
