^ But that's exactly the point of NXT. It is not a professional product, never will be, and does not attempt to be. NXT contains solvents so it is not layerable. It also contains copious amounts of swirl fillers. On any Berlina this is a great thing. Plus, with NXT you barely have to clean the car. A good wash and a coat of NXT and you've got a car that is shinier than pretty much any other car you'll see outside of an auto show. That certainly does not sound middle of the pack to me. Hold on to your bashing for when Meguiar's releases their professional formula of NXT that is paintshop safe and layerable.
Edit: and as I wrote above I no longer use NXT on my car. However, for anyone not willing to spend hundreds of dollars on chemicals, polishers, pads, and have an insane amount of attention to detail, NXT is a damn fine product. Period.

As I have said before and I'l say again, if you have a combo you like and it works for you.... then stick with it.

I'm not bashing ... I am expressing my opinion. I used it and was not impressed ... period. All that wonderfull swirl filling capabilityand super shine you mentioned .... well I just didn't see it.

IMHO NXT is a middle of the pack product period. Ease of use, slickness and durability is far below the products I like best (WG, Ex, EX-P, 4*UPP..)
Your tastes are evident by your use of esoteric products but don't assume everyone else eats cake. The vast majority of people will never even consider using any of the specialist products you named. For that market, NXT just may the best choice possible.
BTW: "NXT is a middle of the pack product period." is not an opinion, at least not the way you wrote it. That is the source of my argument. If you merely wrote "I think..." then I would disagree and move on.

I only use Klasse AIO/SG on my S. However, the scent of SG is not unlike the smell of my socks after a 30 mile bike ride. Why can't Klasse put some kind of fragrance in their products?

You don't think that that comes off as completely bashing a product? "Period" sounds like you are the end-all and be-all opinion and the matter is closed. If you weren't impressed, that's a valid opinion but when you write an unqualified "NXT is a middle of the pack product period" I disagree and think you are 100% wrong. Whether you like the product or not, NXT is nowhere near middle of the pack.

I didn't say that.... What I said was:
"IMHO NXT is a middle of the pack product period. Ease of use, slickness and durability is far below the products I like best (WG, Ex, EX-P, 4*UPP..)"
IMHO means: In My Humble OPINION. Just so there is NO misunderstanding or misinterpretation, In my humble opinion is another way of saying I think.
Second this is a forum in which I stated an opinion and identified alternatives I like. If you don't want to know about alternantives and hear other opinions then what are you doing here. You are pretty bold in stating that "The vast majority of people will never even consider using any of the specialist products you named. " .... Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. True the vast majority of the US population will not even consider these products mainly because they don't know about them and never will. But the majority of people who come to these forums do want to learn and probably are willing to try boutique products. They do not come here just to join in a NXT or Zaino or product X love fest.
Lastly I had every intention of stating my opinion and moving on but then some moron decided to attack me .... I wonder who that was?
