meguiars last touch
Hello,
just wondering if i should dilute megiuairs last touch if my main application for it is to use it after wash to keep my wax enhanced and slick?
i have not been diluting it and it's leaving spots on the paint which is a no no. but it does keep my car very slick which is a good plus.
Thanks in advance!

have not used it, but understand that it is usually used in diluted form... unusual for a detail spray to leave spots though.
if you are sure the spots are from the spray, then dilution would be the next thing i would try.
i have heard good things about this product- do you know whether it has carnauba or synthetic protection added? or is it a pure cleaning product?
and once you get this figured out, how bout a product review??

Meguiar's officially recommends using Last Touch at full strength for normal quick detailing usage; 1:1 for claybarring.
I do know some folks who use it at 1:1 for quick detailing use. You might give it a try and see what kind of results you get.
I have never read of a spotting problem with LT, but I do know that some folks have had streaking issues with it. (Are there any quick detailers out there that never streak?) The key appears to be not to use too much. See these threads:

I use Last Touch almost exclusively on any car I detail including my own. I dilute it 50/50 with Distilled water. Never use it on a hot car. Also, dont let it set on the paint to long (applies to any QD). I also use it as a drying aid and as a clay lubricant.
