What would you use for spot cleaning then? I kinda liked the idea of having a detail spray around to clean of bird deposits and so forth.
And if it's the difference between Zymol twice a year with washing or Z2 and a little Z6 twice a year with washing, that doesn't really seem like it's much harder.

Believe it or not, for bird droppings, a few of us here use non-ammonia based Windex. The detail spray, for me, is more for those times that I feel I should give it a Zaino layer but too darn lazy to do it, so I go over the whole car with Z6 spray. This keeps the shine up till I really feel like doing another coat. Detailing spray is also good for getting those little smudges and fingerprints off.
If you use Zaino, use the Z6. If you go with a wax like Zymol, then go with a detailing spray from Zymol or something like Eagle ONE detailing spray as these are wax based.

As far as low effort factor, I think Zaino is the way to go. It takes multiple coats, but there is no buffing involved. Just make sure you put on really thin coats (very important!!!). Durability, in my opinion, Zaino has everything beat also. I've tried several, including Zymol, and to me there is no comparison. i, like some other fellows in here, sandwich carnuba wax with zaino, but always over the top of zaino, because it wears out much sooner. the car is much easier to keep clean with a good coat of zaino on also. in fact use just the z6 after washes to keep the dust down and make your baby shine. It really is'nt time consuming, and worth the effort.

Here is Simple:
1) Wash Car with normal Car wash soap (no favarites)
2) Klasse All-in-One ... Simple Easy on easy off good shine and endurance
3)Optional for extra shine- P21S Carnuba Wax on top of Klasse very easy on and off. With P21S you won't need a detailer spray.

no kiddin'!!! I went through the weekly wash yesterday with the klasse product and wow!!
Used Meguires shampoo, dried the car off, then applied the klasse with a microfiber pad sprayed with Meguires detailing spray. Holy cow, batman, the car looks awesome, and it was clean to begin with. Total time somewhere around 1 hour.
I'm totally happy with the results.
