Which Light/Medium Cut Compound...?
There are some light scratches in my clear coat. They are just deep enough to feel with my fingernail. Which compound(s) would be good for taking care of this?
I was thinking of doing Scratch X and then Meg's Mirror Glaze. And I guess follow that up with a coat of carnubba? I am not really sure what do put on after polish and glaze so that would be a helpful pointer here too.
thanks.

scratch x is a very fine polish meant for hand app...
if you really have scratches that you can feel with your fingernail, you prob need a machine with a fine cut (at least) type compound. 3m fine cut would be one choice,, sonus sgx-1 would be another...
you would use a swirl remover or glaze after the above-
and the final would be a protectant, like wax or a synthetic protective coating.

Well I would use velvet cut followed by a wax/protectant, but i dont think velvet cut is available to the public, i can only get it through my supplier
I would try the 3m fine cut, but make sure to use a swirl remover with a pc if you can, the fine cut will swirl pretty good
