One-stop shopper here - Zaino for everything, exterior and interior. The S is the first leather interior I've had, so I cannot really attest to how good or bad it is compared to other products, but I do like the smell - seems to accentuate the S's natural fragrance.

I've been using Griot's Garage leather products with UV protection for about 5 years with good results so far. Available nation wide at AutoZone.

^ That sounds like a pretty good option.

Two things that dry out and damage the S2000 seats, exposure to sunlight (not unusual being a convertible) and sweat (salt) that goes uncleaned, both dry out the seats and promote cracking over time.
