I'm using the Lexol products and it makes the leather pretty soft and gives it a richer look. I also use "Klasse's Vinyl, Leather, Rubber & Plastic Cleaner Protectant." I try to switch back and forth every other week or two because the Klasse acrylic product has a strong UV protector in it. The Lexol conditioner works well with the Klasse. I'm thinking about trying Leatherique's conditioner and cleaner that Shizon'00 mentioned. Their website provides a lot of info. I buy most of my products from Proper Autocare at http://www.properautocare.com/leatcarprod1.html
Leatherique has a good website on their products here

Don't forget to vacuum the seams of the leather first before treating it.

I rubbed three coats of Lexol conditioner on the seats with my bare hands the other day (mostly using my fingers). Then I let each coat soak into the leather with the windows rolled up. Last you can wipe the access off with a soft cloth.
You can apply the conditoner with a towel as well. Once you see that the conditioner stops drying up on the leather after you let it set for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then you know the leather won't absorb anymore conditioner and the access can be wiped off. I used to only put like one or two coats on the leather but I noticed the driver's seat was dryer in some spots compared to the passenger side. So I put 3 coats on both seats with the windows rolled up till they stopped absorbing the conditioner.
